how does boxen work?
Choose from our fresh weekly menu and order only what fits your week—no subscription or fixed package required. Meals are prepared locally and delivered the following Monday.
when does the menu open / close?
A new menu is released every Friday evening. Orders are due Monday by 7 PM for delivery the following Monday.
how much protein comes with each meal?
Boxen meals include at least 5 oz of cooked protein, with the option to add extra protein on select meals. Breakfast portions may not have 5 oz. Check protein information on site when ordering.
how do I reheat my meals?
Remove any cold dressings or small sauce cups before reheating. Vent one corner of the lid and microwave for approximately 2–3 minutes, or until the meal reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Meals may also be transferred to an oven-safe dish or reheated in a pan on the stovetop. Containers and contents may be hot after reheating.
is there a delivery fee?
Orders of $100 or more receive free delivery. Any applicable delivery fee will be shown at checkout.
do I need to be home for delivery?
No. Leave an accessible cooler with frozen ice packs outside before your delivery window. Your driver will text you once your meals have been delivered. Please provide any gate codes, building instructions or other important delivery details at checkout. Drivers cannot return later in the day for a second delivery attempt.
can you accommodate dietary
restrictions / allergies?
Ingredients and available modifications are listed with each meal. Although we offer many gluten-friendly options, our meals are prepared in a shared kitchen and we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens or cross-contact. Many meals offer lower-carb bases, additional protein and other available choices. Nutrition information updates as you select your options on the ordering page. Please contact us before ordering if you have a specific dietary concern.

Refrigerate meals promptly after delivery and follow the use-by information provided. If you won’t enjoy a meal within that timeframe, transfer it to a freezer-safe container or bag and freeze it.
